零磁场下少电子量子点和量子盘:液-固转变的可能迹象

摘要
我们对少电子量子点和量子盘进行了精确对角化研究,旨在探究在零磁场下,随着库仑相互作用强度的变化,维格纳团簇与费米液体之间的交叉。在更合适的量子盘模型中,发现了基态中液-固类型转变的明确迹象。
