Mott绝缘体Ba2NaOsO6中的铁磁性

摘要
我们展示了双钙钛矿Ba2NaOsO6的单晶结构、热力学和反射率测量结果。这些结果将该材料表征为具有约每化学式单位0.2玻尔磁子的有序磁矩和TC = 6.8(3) K的5d^1铁磁性Mott绝缘体。与该相变相关的磁熵接近Rln2，表明从晶体结构考虑所预期的四重态基态发生了分裂，这与铁磁性关联于轨道有序的设想一致。
