原子级薄的铁磁性和导电电子系统对于自旋电子学极为理想,因为它们可由磁场和电场共同调控。我们展示了以SrTiO3封端的(SrRuO3)1-(SrTiO3)5超晶格以及单原胞厚度的SrRuO3样品。我们获得了极高品质的样品。在这些样品中,电子系统仅包含一个RuO2平面。我们观察到低至50 mK的导电性、居里温度为25 K的铁磁态,以及持续至约100 K的磁性信号。
