Bi0.9La0.1FeO3-KBr纳米复合材料的类铁磁行为

摘要
我们研究了由纳米尺寸(约100 nm)铁氧体Bi0.9La0.1FeO3(BLFO)与细磨离子导体KBr共轭而成的Bi0.9La0.1FeO3-KBr复合材料(BLFO-KBr)的静磁响应。当KBr占比相当小(低于15 wt%)时,复合材料的磁响应非常微弱,与BLFO中所观察到的类似(不含Bi1-xLaxFeO3的纯KBr基质如预期般无磁响应)。然而,当KBr占比超过15%时,复合材料的磁响应发生显著变化,其磁化强度对磁场的依赖呈现出类铁磁滞回线,剩磁约为0.14 emu/g,矫顽场约为1.8 Tesla(室温下)。在BLFO陶瓷中观察不到任何类似类铁磁滞回线的现象,其磁化强度随磁场近似线性增加。我们考量了多种物理机制以解释BLFO-KBr纳米复合材料的异常实验结果,但其中只有那些对反铁磁性Bi0.9La0.1FeO3与离子导体KBr相互作用高度敏感的机制才可能相关。一个合适的机制是铁磁-磁离子耦合。
