碳纳米管中的亚铁磁自旋波共振与超导电性

摘要
首次检测到亚铁磁自旋波共振(未补偿反铁磁自旋波共振)现象。该现象在通过高能离子束沿方向改性金刚石单晶制备的碳纳米管中观察到。所观察到的自旋波共振特性表明,在给定的纳米管中形成了室温下的超导电性,并与未补偿的反铁磁有序共存。
