碳纳米管中的亚铁磁自旋波共振与超导电性

摘要

首次检测到亚铁磁自旋波共振(未补偿反铁磁自旋波共振)现象。该现象在通过高能离子束沿 <100 >\ <{100}\ >方向改性金刚石单晶制备的碳纳米管中观察到。所观察到的自旋波共振特性表明,在给定的纳米管中形成了室温下的s+s^+超导电性,并与未补偿的反铁磁有序共存。
