摘要
我们展示了使用X射线自由电子激光从气溶胶化的单个颗粒病毒晶体获得的近原子分辨率布拉格衍射。气溶胶喷射器的形式几乎与传统液体微射流喷嘴相同,但通过使用氦载气而非液体,X射线散射背景降低了几个数量级。该方法为研究小晶体产生的弱弥散或晶格变换信号提供了一条途径。颗粒的高速度特别适合于即将到来的MHz重复频率X射线自由电子激光。
