摘要
研究了量子尺寸碳结构——石墨烯作为超级电容器电极的应用。确定了由于石墨烯在狄拉克点附近态密度奇异性导致的物体量子性质所产生的能量和功率密度的基本极限，并考虑了部分抵消负面因素的技术解决方案。确定了纳米结构电极材料的最大可能比电容。
