N=Z 核 $^{36}$Ar 的快转动

摘要

在 N=Z 核 36^{36}Ar 中识别出一个高形变的转动带。在高自旋下,该带被观察到其假定终止态 I=16+I=16^+;在低自旋下,它已与 36^{36}Ar 中先前已知的态牢固地联系起来。因此,在整个带中确定了自旋、宇称和绝对激发能。寿命测量确定了大的低自旋四极形变 (β2=0.46±0.03\beta_2=0.46\pm0.03),并表明随着接近带终止,集体性减弱。凭借几乎完整的光谱信息和足够大以发展显著集体性、但又足够小以从壳模型角度有意义地处理的价空间,36^{36}Ar 中的这个转动带为测试和比较核中集体运动的互补模型提供了许多令人兴奋的机会。
