摘要
事务级建模 (Transaction Level Modeling, TLM) 方法用于在大规模片上系统 (SoC) 性能分析中兼顾仿真速度与周期精度。我们实现了一种名为 AHB+ 的专有总线的事务级模型，该总线支持扩展的 AMBA2.0 协议。AHB+ 事务级模型的仿真速度比引脚精确的 RTL 模型快 353 倍，同时平均保持了 97% 的精度。我们还展示了总线架构 TLM 的开发流程。
