第二银象限中的远红外环状结构

摘要
我们报告了对第二银象限（90 <= l <= 180）中弥散星际介质大尺度结构的研究结果。在基于IRAS的远红外图上识别出145个环状结构。我们的星表列出了它们的基本物理性质。其分布清楚地表明，存在一个有效的过程可以在高银纬产生环状特征。我们提供了30个环的距离。我们还给出了本地臂中热气体体积填充因子的观测估计值：4.6% <= f_2nd <= 6.4%。
