L3光子晶体腔模的远场发射轮廓

摘要
我们实验表征了L3型光子晶体腔两个最低束缚模的空间远场发射轮廓，发现与FDTD模拟吻合良好。然后，我们使用简单的法布里-珀罗谐振器模型将远场轮廓与腔模近场的相关特征联系起来。通过实验与模拟的比较，阐明了无序对远场腔轮廓的影响。这些结果可用于嵌入腔中有源中心的发射工程。
