摘要
新型宽视场射电望远镜，如 ASKAP、MWA、LOFAR、eVLA 和 SKA，将产生前所未有的数百 PB 量级的光谱成像数据立方体（SIDC）。将此类数据作为图像提供给最终用户可能会遇到在开发 IVOA SIAP 期间未曾预见的挑战。我们讨论了超大幅面 SIDC 的需求，并在此基础上分析了 ISO/IEC 15444 (JPEG2000) 标准中所采用方法的适用性。
