二维随机量子磁体中反铁磁序的极度抑制与临界标度

摘要
SrCuTeO是一种平方晶格Néel反铁磁体,其第一近邻 Cu自旋间的超交换由plaquette中心Te离子介导。以W替代Te后,受影响的杂质plaquette主要具有第二近邻相互作用,从而引起局域磁阻挫。本文报道采用中子衍射与SR技术对SrCuTeWO的研究,表明Néel序在时已消失。我们用二维Heisenberg自旋模型解释这一极度的序抑制,证明在温度时,一个W型杂质引起的序参量形变随距离以衰减。相关的对数奇异性导致任意时有序消失。小与时的有序由弱的面间耦合诱导。在SrCuTeWO的非磁相中,SR弛豫率表现出量子临界标度,具有大的动力学指数,与随机单态一致。
