极端超级星团

摘要
超级星团的存在是 Starburst 星系的特征性特征。我们检讨了从普通到极端各种环境中星形成区域和年轻星团的属性。随后讨论了对 Antennae（NGC4038-4039）被遮蔽区域内极端超级星团的高空间分辨率红外成像与光谱。我们发现，该区域的 PAH 辐射并非由超级星团主导，而是主要为漫射辐射。我们获得的高空间分辨率数据中的辐射线比值与大尺度孔径的差异显著，这强烈影响了推导出的结果。
