探索盘形银纳米颗粒在薄膜硅光伏器件中的参数空间

摘要

我们利用时域有限差分法对沉积在硅太阳能电池前表面的银纳米圆盘的光学性质进行了数值模拟。我们探究了该系统各个参数的影响,以便为后续此类结构的制备得出一些通用的设计规则。
