放大自发发射是有源光学系统中常见的噪声源,通常被视为非相干过程。本文中,我们用π脉冲激发固体中的稀土离子掺杂剂集合,产生放大自发发射。施加第二个π脉冲会导致放大自发发射的相干回波,该回波在振幅和相位上均相关。对于较小的光学厚度,我们观察到放大自发发射及其回波存在纠缠的证据。
