支撑波动脂质双层之间熵势的实验测定

摘要
利用同步辐射的掠入射镜面和非镜面散射，测定了支撑浮动双层之间的相互作用势。我们的测量表明，浮动双层比通常研究的多层水化程度显著更高，因此能够获取膜更本征的性质。在平衡状态下，相互作用势可以比先前报道的软两个数量级，这可以归因于双层中电离脂质比例小（σ ~ 0.001 e⁻/nm²）导致的弱静电相互作用。我们的数据足够灵敏，能够区分文献中提出的不同形式的熵排斥函数，并表明R. Podgornik和V. Parsegian（Langmuir 8, 557 (1992)）的“软”势最恰当地描述了我们的数据。
