电容式加载线阵列中亚波长成像通道的实验演示

摘要
在本文中，我们实验地演示了如何通过电磁晶体层实现显著亚波长分辨率的近场成像通道。利用电容式加载线构成的电气密集晶体网格，实现了半径为的成像。加载技术使晶体周期大幅缩减，仅为自由空间波长的极小比例。结果表明，结构中的损耗仅降低了成像的总�幅，但不影响其分辨率。
