摘要
我们通过半导体光放大器(SOA)中的受迫相干粒子数振荡(CPO),实验演示了增强的慢光和快光。该方法被证明依赖于两种不同贡献之间的干涉。这为基于该装置构想可控射频移相器开辟了可能性。
