二维有序与三维无序SIS型约瑟夫森结阵列的实验与理论研究

摘要
通过采用互感技术并使用高灵敏度电桥,我们从实验和理论两方面深入研究了人工制备的高度有序(周期性的)二维约瑟夫森结阵列(2D-JJA)以及无序的三维阵列(3D-JJA)的复交流磁化率对温度和磁场的依赖关系,其中二维阵列包含有分流和无分流的铌基隧道结。本文综述了我们关于非均匀临界电流密度分布对二维JJA中交流磁化率磁场行为的影响,以及无序三维JJA中剩余磁化强度起源的一些最新结果。
