中能质子辐照重材料中放射性核素产生的实验与计算机模拟研究

摘要

给出了薄靶中剩余产物核产额的测量与计算机模拟结果:U-nat 经 0.1、0.8、1.2 和 1.6 GeV 质子辐照,以及 Tc-99 经 0.2、0.8、1.0、1.4 和 1.6 GeV 质子辐照。产额在 ITEP 通过直接高精度伽马能谱法测量。给出了约 820 个截面,并用于测量产额与 LAHET、INUCL、CEM95、HETC、CASCADE、YIELDX 和 ALICE 代码模拟结果之间的比较。
