摘要
最近，我们中的一些人[K. Usami等人，Nature Phys. 8, 168 (2012)]演示了利用激子介导的光热效应对GaAs纳米膜的机械运动进行冷却，这为利用热力冷却机械运动提供了一个清晰的例子。在这里，我们报告了一个单自由参数的理论模型来解释该实验的结果，该模型与实验数据吻合得非常好。
