摘要
在 LaMn_{0.7}Fe_{0.3}O_3 中,通过磁滞回线的负偏移和训练效应观测到了交换偏置(EB),样品是在外磁场中冷却的。对 EB 的冷却场依赖性分析给出铁磁(FM)团簇的尺寸约为 25 埃,其中 FM 团簇的磁各向异性比块体 FM 锰氧化物高两个数量级。我们提出,纳米尺度的 FM 团簇嵌入在具有 EB 的自旋玻璃磁性基体中,EB 出现在 FM/自旋玻璃磁性界面上。
