从石墨烯到石墨的二维材料性质演化

摘要
我们利用密度泛函理论，从理论上研究了从单层碳原子石墨烯到两层和三层石墨烯再到石墨的过程中若干材料性质的变化。我们重点关注的特性是弹性常数、电子结构（能带和态密度）以及介电性质。对于我们所研究的任何性质，由于石墨烯层数增加而导致的改变都在百分之几以内。我们的结果与Kopelevich和Esquinazi最近提出的分析（未发表）一致。
