Υ(5S)处B_s^(*) B̄_s^(*)产生的证据

摘要
利用CESR上CLEO III探测器收集的数据，我们开始了对Υ(5S)共振衰变性质的一系列研究。本分析使用的数据样本包括在Υ(5S)共振上采集的0.42 fb⁻¹数据、在Υ(4S)上采集的6.34 fb⁻¹数据以及在Υ(4S)以下连续区采集的2.32 fb⁻¹数据。B_s介子预期主要衰变为D_s介子，而较轻的B介子衰变为D_s的概率仅约10%。我们利用这一差异，初步模型依赖地估计了Υ(5S)能量下B_s(*) B̄_s(*)与总b b̄夸克对产生之比为(21 ± 3 ± 9)%。
