摘要
先前的研究表明，照明的频率内容会影响叠层衍射成像重建的收敛速度和重建质量。在这项数值研究中，我们证明了将大光束结构化为改进的均匀冗余阵列（MURA）作为照明，可以通过提高远场衍射图中高空间频率的信噪比，为叠层衍射成像带来更高的分辨率和更快的收敛速度。
