摘要

本文提出了一种无需高级工具的可用带宽估算方法。我们的方法基于对不同大小 $W$ 的数据包网络延迟 $D$ 的测量。推导并论证了可用带宽 $B_{av} =(W_2-W_1)/(D_2-D_1)$ 的简单表达式。为进行实验测试，在 RFBR 资助项目 06-07-89074 框架下建立了互联网俄罗斯段的测量基础设施。
