我们研究了 Kane 固态量子计算机架构中 CNOT 操作的错误率。采用自旋哈密顿量描述系统。退相位作为系统密度矩阵非对角元的指数衰减被纳入。利用已有的自旋回波衰减数据,CNOT 错误率估计约为 10^{-3}。
