摘要
在本文中，我们希望展示通过引入两个新常数——动力学常数和真空介电常数——来扩充普朗克绝对单位制的便利性，同时拒绝电子电荷具有力学量纲并将其作为普朗克电荷。我们将这些结果应用于阐明极早期宇宙的均匀性和各向同性。
