增强单发射体与光子晶体波导之间耦合的鲁棒性

摘要
我们提出了一个启发式数学模型，描述光子晶体波导的几何结构与其在感兴趣特定波长处的 Purcell 增强因子之间的关系。我们利用该模型提出在目标波长处最大化 Purcell 增强的光子晶体波导设计方法。数值模拟表明，所提出的结构对引入光子晶体几何结构中的制造缺陷表现出鲁棒性。
