摘要
本论文关注蜂窝网络的能源效率。研究了未来蜂窝网络中的主要功耗组件，即长期演进 (Long Term Evolution, LTE) 无线电基站 (BS)，并提出了在目标速率约束下通过降低功耗来增强基站能源效率的机制。这些机制以 spare capacity 换取节能。
