我们研究了铁磁/非磁性金属异质结构的太赫兹辐射特性,聚焦于薄 Fe/Pt 双层膜。特别地,我们报道了外延 Fe 层优化晶体生长对太赫兹辐射振幅与频谱带宽的影响。我们展示了辐射强度的增强以及辐射带宽的扩展。二者均与 reduced spin scattering 与更高的界面透射相关。我们的工作为基于外延 Fe 设计最优自旋电子太赫兹发射体提供了路径。它也凸显了如何利用太赫兹辐射测量来表征金属异质结构中由细微结构细化驱动的非平衡自旋流动力学变化。
