摘要
光散射限制了生物介质中非侵入式拉曼光谱的穿透深度。虽然安全辐照水平可能足以分析浅表组织，但泵浦光束的散射使组织深层的拉曼信号降低到无法探测的水平。在此我们展示了波前整形技术如何在保持总辐照度不变的情况下显著增加深层处的拉曼信号，从而增加可用于探测的拉曼信号量。
