摘要
我们提出了一种处理法律案件检索任务的方法，通过利用深度神经网络的短语评分框架，将文档摘要为连续向量空间来进行编码。另一方面，我们探索了结合词法特征与神经网络生成的潜在特征所带来的益处。我们的实验表明，词法特征与神经网络生成的潜在特征相互补充，从而提升了检索系统性能。此外，实验结果指出了案件摘要在不同方面的重要性：使用所提供的摘要以及执行编码式摘要。我们的方法在法律案件检索任务的实验数据集上分别取得了 65.6% 和 57.6% 的 F1。
