摘要
通过热电极处理诱导的 v-SiO2 结构变化被中子衍射法揭示为宏观各向同性的破坏。这导致由无穷弹性中子散射测得的振动态密度发生相应的变化。观察结果与玻璃基质中沿施加电场方向发生部分有序相符。
