摘要

利用电场效应，在非晶铋超薄绝缘膜中诱导出了超导性。发现电子-电子相互作用的屏蔽随电子浓度的增加而增加，其方式与超导趋势相关。这并不排除态密度的增加在超导发展中的重要性。超导体-绝缘体相变似乎属于三维 XY 模型的普适类。
