La$_3$S$_4$ 与 Ce$_3$S$_4$ 的电子结构

摘要
我们采用 LSDA 和 LSDA+ 方法研究了 LaS 和 CeS 的电子结构。计算得到的态密度 (DOS) 与由价带光电子能谱实验测得的 DOS 进行比较。 处的态密度表明 LaS 具有 5 特征，CeS 具有 4 特征。发现 CeS 在铁磁基态下近似为半金属。我们讨论了 LaS 的超导性和结构相变，以及 CeS 结构相变的缺失。
