我们报道了对磷族元素高温超导体 BaFeCoAs 及其母体化合物 BaFeAs 的红外光学研究。我们证明电子关联是中等强度的，并且不会在自旋密度波转变或掺杂过程中发生变化。通过检查谱权重转移的能量尺度和方向，我们认为洪德耦合 \emph{J} 是产生关联的主要机制。
