电磁中微子：一个简短综述

摘要
本文就中微子电磁性质问题的若干选定议题作一简短综述。在简要回顾中微子电磁形状因子的理论基础之后，讨论了来自地面实验和天体物理观测对中微子磁矩和电毫电荷的约束。我们还重点关注了该问题的一些近期研究及其展望。
