摘要
我们提出了一种基于蝴蝶结天线耦合槽光子晶体波导 (PCW) 的紧凑型高灵敏度电场传感器的设计。采用具有大电光系数 r33=100pm/V 的电光 (EO) 聚合物填充 PCW 槽和空气孔。蝴蝶结形电极既用作极化电极,也用作接收天线。利用 PCW 中的慢光效应将有效器件内 r33 提高至>1000pm/V。该槽 PCW 专为低色散慢光传播、最大极化效率以及 EO 聚合物内的光模限制而设计。天线设计用于 10GHz 工作频率。
