可提示分割基础模型已涌现作为解决医学图像中多样化需求的变革性方法,但大多数现有模型需要昂贵的计算资源,构成了在临床实践中采用的主要障碍。本文组织了首个专注于可提示医学图像分割的国际竞赛,包含来自超过20个机构的九种常见成像模态的大规模数据集。获奖团队开发了轻量级分割基础模型,并实现了大幅度减少计算需求的高效推理管道,同时保持了领先的分割准确率。此外,赛后阶段通过设计性能提升和可重复性任务,进一步完善了算法,验证了获奖方案的可重复性。最终,最佳算法已集成到开源软件中,并配备用户友好的界面以促进临床应用。数据和代码已公开,旨在推动医学图像分割基础模型的进一步发展,为具有影响力的实际应用铺平道路。
