认证加密方案允许消息同时被加密和认证。2003 年，Ma 和 Chen 提出了这样一种具有公开可验证性的方案。即，在他们的方案中，接收方可以有效向第三方证明某消息确实源自特定发送方。本文中，我们首先指出 Ma-Chen 认证加密方案中的两个安全弱点。然后，基于 Schnorr 签名，我们提出了一种高效且安全的改进方案，满足所有期望的安全需求。
