通过从$3^3P$能级受激衰变高效产生$2^3S$ Positronium

摘要

我们通过实验研究了通过驱动13S1^3S-33P3^3P33P3^3P-23S2^3S跃迁来增强23S2^3S Positronium原子产生的可能性,以克服33P3^3P23S2^3S自发衰变的自然分支比限制。33P3^3P Positronium原子向23S2^3S能级的衰变已通过1312.2nm宽带红外激光脉冲被有效受激。我们测量了受激跃迁效率对红外脉冲强度的依赖关系,以寻找最优增强条件。相对于仅存在自发衰变的情形,获得了23S2^3S产生效率最大相对提升为×(3.1±1.0) \times (3.1 \pm 1.0)
