非相干散射对三端量子霍尔热电效应的影响

摘要
三端导体在量子霍尔区中呈现出特殊的热电与热学性质:它可表现为对称整流器和理想热二极管。这些性质依赖于沿手性边缘通道的相干传播。我们研究了通过引入探针端破坏相干传播的影响。结果表明,手性效应不仅在非相干存在时存活,而且能在完全非相干区下甚至改善热电性能。
