编码方法对心律失常分布的影响

摘要
本文基于信息熵和 Lempel-Ziv 复杂度等非线性特征，评估了心电信号编码方法对心律失常分布的影响。首先提出了一种心电门控程序，以补偿滤波分段过程中固有的误差。为评估分布并确定哪种不同编码方法能在所研究的不同类型心律失常（AFIB、AFL、SVTA、VT、正常）之间产生更大的分离度，我们使用了一个基于元素在其类质心周围离散度的函数，结果表明，对整个系统而言，最佳编码是通过阈值法得到的三元码，其 E = 1/12。
