飞秒激光诱导烧蚀过程中纳米尺度相分解动力学的超快小角X射线散射研究

摘要

飞秒激光烧蚀既具有基础物理研究价值,又具有广泛的工业应用前景。数十年来,由于缺乏在相关时间和长度尺度上的探测手段,人们一直无法直接观测飞秒激光激发所引发的强非平衡相分解过程。借助X射线自由电子激光提供的空前强烈的飞秒X射线脉冲,我们在此报告了飞秒激光诱导烧蚀薄金膜过程中纳米尺度相分解动力学的时间分辨小角散射测量结果。通过分析小角衍射图样上留下的印记,从分子动力学模拟中获得的烧蚀羽流内的瞬态非均匀密度分布得到了直接实验证实。
