温度梯度下磁性 Skyrmion 的动力学

摘要
我们通过散射振幅将 Zhang-Li 自旋转移矩 [Phys. Rev. Lett. 93, 127204 (2004)] 推广到有限温度。综合考虑电子与磁子的绝热与非绝热效应、熵等效场、热偶极场、热激活、磁各向异性梯度以及扩散等多种因素，我们回答了一个近期在实验与理论上均存在争议的问题：在热梯度下 skyrmion 会向热区还是冷区运动？
