非线性超表面中的动态相干完美吸收

摘要
我们提出了一种基于超薄非线性超表面的可调谐相干完美吸收体。该非线性超表面由等离子体纳米天线与具有大光学非线性的近零介电常数(epsilon-near-zero)材料耦合而成。通过控制输入光束的相对相位实现相干完美吸收。我们表明,通过改变泵浦光束的强度,非线性超表面的光学响应可从完全吸收调谐至部分吸收。所提出的非线性超表面可用于设计光学可调热发射体、调制器和传感器。
