PZN-xPT 铁电松弛材料中的双重结构

摘要
我们对一系列 (1-)Pb(ZnNb)O-PbTiO (PZN-PT) 单晶进行了 X 射线衍射研究，利用不同入射光子能量（因此不同穿透深度）。结果显示，所有样品均存在约 10 到 50 微米厚的外层。这些外层的结构与晶体内部结构不同，具有显著更大的（楔形）变形。随着 x 增大，楔形型晶格变形在外层和内部均逐渐发展。
