钛酸锶中的畴壁

摘要
本文给出了钛酸锶中孪晶畴壁的密度泛函理论计算。对两种可能的畴壁进行了表征。畴壁类型由畴壁两侧体心四方SrTiO中八面体转动的相对相位决定。估计畴壁宽度约为3 nm。
